This is our guide to every padel club in Sydney, with the address, courts, facilities, what's on and a map for each one. We last checked these details in October 2026. Clubs change their hours, programs and prices often, so check the booking page before you go.

Coming soon

More clubs have been announced across Sydney, including a bigger Padel Point site in Rosehill and new clubs in Cronulla, Botany, Matraville, Prospect, South Granville, Liverpool and Wetherill Park. Some are confirmed and some are still proposals. We'll add them to this guide as they open.

Heading out of town? Padel is spreading across regional NSW too, with clubs on the Central Coast, in Coffs Harbour and in Albury.

Indoor or outdoor?

Most Sydney padel is indoors, which helps in summer storms and on the hottest days. Sydney's mild winters also make outdoor padel reliable year round, and the outdoor courts at Moore Park and North Ryde lose far fewer sessions to weather than outdoor courts in Melbourne.

Outdoor courts get hot, though, and heat is hard on padel balls. Expect balls to lose pressure faster on a 30-degree afternoon. Fresh cans make a bigger difference in a Sydney summer than most people expect. More on that in how long padel balls last.

What does it cost?

Court hire is usually charged per court for 60 or 90 minutes, then split four ways. Peak times (weekday evenings and weekend mornings) cost more than off-peak, and most clubs sell prepaid packs or memberships that bring the price down if you play regularly. Racket hire is available almost everywhere. Balls for court bookings are usually your job.

How to find a game without a crew

Padel needs four, which is the main thing that stops people playing more. Most clubs run social sessions, Americanos and King of the Court nights where you turn up alone and get rotated through games. Playtomic and Matchi also let you join open matches at your level, so you can fill a court without a group chat.

Tips for your first session

  • Use a demo racket before you buy one. Then read how to choose a padel racket.
  • Book an intro class. Almost every club on this list runs one.
  • Learn the basics first: padel rules for complete beginners.
  • Wear proper court shoes. Running shoes slide on sandy artificial grass.
  • Bring fresh balls. Your opponents will notice.
