Shipping policy

Where we deliver

MyBalls currently delivers throughout Australia, including metro, regional and remote areas.

Subscription delivery

Standard delivery is $5.90 for NSW, VIC, QLD, and ACT, and $9.90 for the rest of Australia, unless a particular promotion or product clearly states otherwise.

One-time purchases

For one-time purchases, any applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order processing

We generally process paid orders within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will normally be processed on the next available business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will normally receive tracking information by email.

Estimated delivery times

After dispatch, indicative delivery times are:

Metro areas: approximately 2–5 business days

Regional areas: approximately 5–10 business days

Remote areas: approximately 7–14 business days

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Carrier delays, severe weather, peak periods and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Tracking scans and estimated delivery dates are provided by the delivery carrier.

Delayed, lost or damaged deliveries

If your parcel is significantly overdue, appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact:

Include your order number and any relevant photos.

We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If an address provided by you is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or the parcel may be returned to us.

Where an additional carrier charge results from an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may ask the customer to cover the reasonable cost of reshipping.

This does not apply where the error was made by MyBalls.
