What actually turns up in the box?
Fresh, sealed, match ready balls in the sport you picked, in the quantity you picked. You set how many and how often at checkout. We ship them before you run out. Options and pricing sit on the product page.
How often do you send them?
Fortnightly, monthly, or every three months. You choose at checkout based on how much you actually play. Change it in your portal any time your game changes.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard delivery is $5.90 for NSW, VIC, QLD, and ACT, and $9.90 for the rest of Australia, unless a particular promotion or product clearly states otherwise.
When will my balls arrive?
We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. After dispatch: metro is roughly 2 to 5 business days, regional 5 to 10, remote 7 to 14. Tracking gets emailed to you as soon as it ships. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers do what carriers do.
Can I skip, pause or cancel?
All three. No lock-in, no cancellation fee, no phone call. Do it in your subscription portal, where you can also change frequency, swap sport and update your payment or delivery details. Just make the change before your next payment processes, otherwise that order is already rolling.
Will the price ever change?
It can. If a price change affects an existing subscription, we'll give you reasonable notice before it hits your card, and you can change or cancel before it applies. No quiet increases.
What if there's something wrong with them?
Damaged box, unsealed can, wrong product, duds straight out of the tube. Email hello@myballs.com.au with your order number and a photo and we'll sort a replacement, refund or another remedy. Normal pressure loss after you've opened them and played is physics, not a fault. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Can I return them if I change my mind?
Within 30 days of delivery, if the cans are unopened, unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return postage is yours. Opened cans can't come back, because a pressurised can becomes a different product the moment you crack the seal. Email hello@myballs.com.au first. Don't post anything back until we've confirmed it.
What happens to my dead balls?
Ask us for a prepaid return label and we'll pop it in your next delivery. Fill the box with your old cans, send it back, and the felt and rubber get recycled instead of going to landfill.
